Submit to Palm Leaf

We are currently accepting submissions for Palm Leaf, an online literary destination connected to the Twenty Stories bookstore. We seek work from new & emerging voices. We love writing from unique perspectives. Writing that pushes boundaries. Writing that finds new & inventive ways to use language. Surprise us!

All submissions must be previously unpublished, original work. Translations will be considered when submitted with a copy of the original text. Simultaneous submissions are considered - please notify us immediately if the work is accepted for publication elsewhere. Please submit only once a month.

Fiction & Nonfiction Guidelines

Please submit stories, novel excerpts, or essays up to 7,500 words.

Submit only one piece at a time.

Please allow a 3-4 week response time.

Please submit up to five poems and no more than 10 pages at a time.

Please allow a 3-4 week response time.
